Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to drive
the strategy, execution, and scalability of core marketing
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrator of Marketo, overseeing platform
health and campaign execution
Lead efforts around marketing data enrichment and compliance to
ensure high-quality insights
Manage the global lead lifecycle strategy and execution, ensuring
alignment with sales teams
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Marketo (Marketo certification
preferred)
Strong understanding of advanced marketing operations practices and
automation governance
Demonstrated experience managing complex martech stacks and system
integrations
Working knowledge of Salesforce and its marketing-related
dependencies
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and support
stakeholders across departments
