Services Assistant is committed to providing premier client service
while performing a wide variety of assignments in a team
environment. The Office Services Assistant has good communications
skills and the ability to prioritize workloads. This position
serves as the main point of contact at the front office and
maintains the kitchen and office supplies for the office. General
duties include managing space reservations, reporting
facilities-related issues and providing on-site support and
maintenance of workplace technology as needed.Individuals who

Focus.Responsibilities:Maintain quality and readiness of the
overall facilities, including room set-ups, breakdown and
maintaining office supply inventory levelsAct as point of contact
for facilities related requests. Provide front office coverage as
required, including answering phone calls and routing
accordinglyAssist with daily mail, Fed Ex, UPS and courier
requestsAssist with space reservations via hoteling software system
for workspaces and conference roomsProvide support for client
deliverables as needed, may include scanning, printing and mailing
of documentsProvide status updates to team members and stakeholder
on all projects and applicable tasksAssist with the assignment of
security access and distribution of security badges, monitoring
employee status and updating security database accordinglyAssist
with internal meeting and event coordination and set-up, may
include placing catering orders and ensuring accuracyProvide basic
maintenance and troubleshooting of standard office equipment (e.g.,
copiers, printers, A/V, desktop equipment and kitchen
appliances)Other duties and special projects as
assignedQualifications:High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum of 1
year of related experience preferredProven commitment to providing
exceptional client serviceAbility to develop relationships, build
rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the
firmStrong verbal and written communications skills including the
ability to articulate information and respond to questions
clearlyStrong organizational skills; ability to effectively
prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced
environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)Strong attention to detail,
commitment to producing accurate work in a timely mannerAbility to
handle sensitive situations and confidential information with
discretionMay require some overtime hoursAbility to travel as
