Remote Payroll Specialist to manage timely and compliant payroll
operations across multiple regions in the U.S. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process accurate payroll for employees in various time zones.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations (local,
federal, international). Utilize payroll and HRIS systems (e.g.,
ADP, Gusto, Deel) to streamline payroll tasks. Address employee
inquiries and distribute payroll documentation (e.g., payslips, tax
forms). Reconcile payroll accounts, generate reports, and support
financial audits. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party
vendors for smooth payroll delivery. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be
a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior payroll or
accounting experience is preferred (entry-level opportunities may
be available). Proficient in payroll software and data accuracy.
Effective communication and discretion with confidential
information. Comfortable with virtual collaboration and time
management tools. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Laptop or desktop, reliable
Internet, and a quiet workspace. COMPENSATION: $20.00-$40.00 per
