Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer responsible
for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in a designated
area.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for assigned
products or areas
Conduct compliance reviews and manage compliance exceptions while
investigating customer complaints
Develop and implement compliance policies and programs, providing
regulatory information to management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ten or more years of related experience
Two or more years of managerial experience
Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and
regulations
Comprehensive understanding of business unit products, policies,
and operations
