A company is looking for a Senior Director, Finance
Transformation & Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of internal control frameworks and process
changes for SOX compliance
Assess and redesign financial and operational processes to enhance
efficiency and control objectives
Serve as the internal expert on complex accounting topics and
support financial statement preparation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred
10+ years of experience in business transformation, internal
controls, audit, or technical accounting leadership roles
Expertise in US GAAP, SEC regulations, and PCAOB audit
standards
Hands-on experience leading SOX compliance programs in public or
late-stage private companies
