Job Description:

looking for a strong, data-literate PM partner to take on the
day-to-day work of executing delivery on a robust platform vision
and someone who will be a loud, strategic voice in what the future
is shaped to be for Mosaic's data platform. If you are a driven,
engaged PM, with a love and deep technical understanding of
large-scale data movement, transformation, and leverage concepts,

You'll be Responsible for:
- Own the product vision and market differentiation for your
product area and actively participate in driving and delivering the
company vision.
- Become an expert on the Strategic Finance domain, the market,
the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders
are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going and
most importantly, why.
- Be the champion for Mosaic customers and bring the voice of
those customers into the creation process.
- Manage the roadmap. Make tough tactical prioritization
decisions while helping the company think long term. Build trust
with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate
roadmap.
- Collaborate and communicate across teams. We win or lose as a
team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment
between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative
attitude is essential to the job.
- Measure success. Own the measures used to define success for
your product. Success measures must be defined at the inception of
a product and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Make measures
visible to all stakeholders and interpret them into actionable
conclusions and new hypotheses.
- Develop new opportunities. With your finger on the pulse of the
market, the customers, competitors, and the engineering teams, you
are uniquely positioned to discover and develop new
opportunities.Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally at a
hyper-growth SaaS company.
- Data Constructs: SQL, MDX, OLAP, ETL - need strong awareness of
these from both an end user and software feature perspective.
- Data Literacy: Hygiene, Modeling, Analysis, Data Science - need
strong awareness of these concepts and how they apply to data
value.
- Data Security: RBAC, Roles, ACL, Compliance, Auditing - must
have strong awareness and experience with products that have to
provide these services as part of data distribution and usage.
- Be able to thrive in the startup environment, where things
often don't go according to plan, but we figure out how to get
better, always.
- Have experience creating highly successful product experiences
that focus on leveraging data, generating new data, and analyzing
or visualizing that data.
- Enough technical proficiency to successfully partner with and
lead engineering in the build-out of our products.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills: ability
to juggle and prioritize multiple projects with multiple
stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Has a knack for
process/organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: has the
ability to interface with a broad set of people (Execs, Engineers,
Designers, Customers, etc.).
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
- Ability to lead and work autonomously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Must be willing to work MST or PST time zone
Monday-Friday.Experience with the following is a Plus! (Not a
Requirement):
- Proven experience building products that drive industry
disruption.
- Cloud computing experience.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business software or related Internet industries.
$175,000 - $205,000 a year The target salary for this position is
$175,000 - $200,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards
package including stock options, benefits, and additional
opportunities for incentives and bonuses for performance beyond
goals. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is
determined by a number of factors including experience, location,
internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We
review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at a
